We have extensively advised on cartel and dominance cases regarding the applicability of the EU antitrust legislation in Greek Law and we have been active in the assessment of the applicability of EU and Greek Laws and regulations regarding mergers and acquisitions. We have also extensively dealt with competition litigation and hearing procedures before applicable Competition Authorities representing both plaintiffs and defendants in competition cases.

Members of our firm have also provided for a number of years legal support and regulatory advice in specialized and heavily regulated industries, including, indicatively, electronic communications & information technology, transport and tourism, media and post, energy and pharmaceutical sectors, having worked on a number of relevant projects and having represented national and international enterprises in the respective fields in relation to relevant commercial, legal and regulatory matters, upon their interaction with public and regulatory authorities, as well as third parties, competitors and consumers.

We have also advised on several regulatory investigations in Greece on civil, criminal and regulatory implications of possible breaches of company, tax and banking laws. Our advice includes all aspects of corporate defense strategy by the adoption of proactive and pre-emptive measures to minimize damage such as self-disclosure and remedial measures.
